# Interaction Service E-Signature Approval

### Vapico & Vademecum Interaction Service Data Security and Operational Principles

All operations conducted through the Vapico & Vademecum Interaction Service are architected to function strictly via a "Real-Time (Live) Query" architecture, in compliance with data security and confidentiality standards.

* **Data Storage Prohibition:** Interaction data shall not be saved to any database under any circumstances.
* **Caching Restriction:** No service-sourced data shall be held or stored in cache.
* **Real-Time Integration:** All integration processes shall be executed exclusively via real-time queries.
* **Scope of Use:** Retrieved data shall be used solely for immediate display to the end user, and the session shall be terminated once the operation is complete.

### How to Perform E-Signature Approval for Vapico Interaction Service?

Important note :

To sign the agreement:

* Your corporate billing details must be registered in Vapico. You can perform this operation on the "[Payment Information](https://www.vapi.co/payment-information)" page: <https://www.vapi.co/payment-information>

* To sign the agreement, you must have an e-signature or mobile signature.

1. To access the [Interaction Service](https://www.vapi.co/interaction/index), navigate to the "Interaction Service" screen via the dashboard: [https://www.vapi.co/interaction/index](https://www.vapi.co/interaction/indexhttps://www.vapi.co/interaction/index)

2. Click the contract details button. Review the generated contract text.

3. Click the start e-signature process button.
4. Subsequently, the Etikİmza link will be displayed on the dashboard. Click the link to reach the Etikİmza page.

5. After completing the signing process, you can check the approval status via the Vapico Dashboard. Once the status changes to APPROVED, you are ready to use the interaction service.
